ProjectDiscovery v1.3: New navigation, dashboard, and improvements

Share

We're excited to announce ProjectDiscovery v1.3.0, a significant milestone that transforms how security teams discover, analyze, and respond to vulnerabilities across their attack surface.

These improvements represent months of engineering effort informed by our community's feedback and real-world deployment scenarios. We can’t wait for security teams to get their hands on v1.3.0 and put these new capabilities to work in their own environments.

Redesigned for Speed and Clarity

The new v1.3.0 dashboard makes critical metrics instantly accessible. A card-based layout displays total assets and open vulnerabilities at a glance, with visuals for ports, stacks, severity, and SLA performance. Hover actions streamline workflows down to a single click.

Navigation is now collapsible, with high-contrast icons and enhanced keyboard support. Whether you’re triaging quickly or diving deep, the new layout adapts to your workflow while staying compact and intuitive.

Enhanced Vulnerability Intelligence

Our new drawer view brings smarter visualizations and cleaner interactions. With category filtering, you can instantly zero in on what matters (SSRF, config drift, RCE) across your entire dataset.

We’ve also added HTTP wildcard detection and exclusion via our cleanhttp library. It auto-detects wildcard patterns that lead to false positives, so scans focus only on legitimate targets, not noise.

Precision at Scale

Under the hood, v1.3.0 delivers key performance gains. Universal pagination now loads faster and remembers your preferences. Advanced filters support multi-value “contains” and “not contains,” and AI-assisted grouping boosts asset triage.

Lastly, we’ve upgraded the alerting system to fix severity-based configs and scan notifications. Asset discovery history now displays granular failures, and ephemeral IPs automatically refresh for cleaner, more accurate host data.

See it in action

If you want to see these updates in action, come meet our CTO and the creators behind Nuclei in Las Vegas for Black Hat and DefCon. We're at Booth #6826 at Black Hat, and you can schedule a time to chat before touching down in Vegas here.

If you're sticking around for DefCon, come hang out with the ProjectDiscovery team and our community of hackers and misfits! On Friday, August 8th, we're hosting Nuclei Nights at Resorts World (just a 2-minute shuttle from the convention center) at 8 PM. Expect drinks, bites, and live music mixed just for our community. You can register for the party here.

We can’t wait to see you in person and connect over what this community thrives on: shared knowledge, collaborative problem-solving, and the relentless pursuit of better defensive capabilities.
